The Community tier is free and always open to any early childhood professional. No pathway participation required. Members receive access to quarterly network meetings (in-person and virtual), the IH provider peer community hub, provider spotlight and recognition opportunities, a monthly newsletter with NC regulatory updates, public workshop invitations, NC DCDEE licensing information and referrals, and CACFP and subsidy program awareness resources.

Bronze membership includes everything in the Community tier, plus hands-on professional support. Members receive monthly individualized virtual coaching sessions, Teaching Strategies® shared training access, QRIS and ERS readiness coaching, subsidy navigation (DHS, CCAP, CACFP), an administrative template library, emergency and safety planning templates, compliance tracking tools, foundational trauma-informed care training, CDA credential pathway navigation, and workshop discounts with priority registration.

Gold is the full-spectrum membership for providers committed to excellence. In addition to all Bronze benefits, Gold members receive a subsidized NAFCC annual membership, NAFCC accreditation coaching and preparation, the Teaching With Purpose 30-Day Coaching Program, IECMH consultation access, a $250 classroom materials grant, BCBA and SpEd referral network access, special education and IEP consultation support, certified playground and site inspection, marketing and enrollment support, peer mentorship, provider advancement tier tracking, grant and funding opportunity alerts, and an IH featured provider recognition listing.

Pathway A — Inspired Horizons Home Provided. Experienced Educator to Licensed Owner

You're experienced, qualified, and ready, but housing or startup costs are standing in the way. Pathway A removes those barriers. Inspired Horizons provides property support, covers startup costs, and supports you through a structured 3-year program with coaching, curriculum, and compliance support built in.

Best for: Experienced educators with a DCDEE Qualification Letter who are ready to launch an FCCH.

You have the property. We provide everything else. Pathway B guides you through the full licensing process, curriculum setup, subsidy navigation, marketing, and ongoing quality support, so you can launch with confidence, not in isolation. Financial backing for startup costs may be available.

Best for: Aspiring providers who own or lease a home or facility and need full licensing and launch support.
